Ingredients 1/2 cup Honey 1 cup shredded Chicken 1 Egg 1/4 cup Milk 1/2 tablespoon dried Peppermint Leaves 1/2 tablespoon dried Spearmint Leaves 2 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour Directions Preheat oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit. In a large bowl mix all ingredients one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Knead dough into ball and roll onto a floured surface 1/4 inch thick and cut with you cookie cutter of choice, prick with a fork to prevent bubbles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until browned at the edges. Turn off oven and allow biscuits to harden in oven an additional 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. |
